I ask a Windows 11 skin for the Open Shell

At my workplace, some PCs are still running Windows 7 and 8.1. Although they are scheduled for replacement, it's a slow process due to the large number of machines.

In the meantime, I’d like to use a skin that resembles Windows 11. Someone suggested one called Fluent-Metro, but it looks more like Windows 10.

If there’s a skin that closely mimics the Windows 11 interface, I’d appreciate any recommendations.

If not, I’d like to propose that we create one.
