📝 Code Usage Contract

If you want to use my code in your own projects or products, please review this contract:

  • Respect the License: All code is provided under the license specified in each repository. You must comply with its terms.
  • Attribution: Credit "RiskySolutions" as the original author in your documentation or product, as required by the license.
  • No Warranty: Code is provided "as-is" without warranty. Use at your own risk.
  • Modifications: You are free to fork, modify, and build on my code. Clearly document your changes and state how your fork differs from the original.
  • Commercial Use: Check the license to determine if commercial use is permitted. For special cases (e.g., proprietary integration, dual-licensing), contact me directly.
  • Ethical Use: Do not use my code for unlawful, unethical, or malicious purposes (including but not limited to surveillance, discrimination, or harm).

For clarification or custom arrangements, please reach out via issues or discussions.

🔐 Encrypted Signature Section

If you wish to formally agree to the Code Usage Contract, you can sign it directly from your browser using a cryptographic signature. This helps verify your commitment and identity without sharing private data.

How to Sign:

  1. Use your browser’s Web Crypto API or a browser extension (e.g., MetaMask, Web3 wallet, or PGP/GPG tools).
  2. Sign the following agreement text with your private key:
I, [your GitHub username], agree to the Code Usage Contract in RiskySolutions' repositories as of [date].

  3. Post your signed message as a comment in the Signature Issue or open a new issue titled "Code Usage Contract Signature".

Example signature workflow:

  • Generate a key pair (if you don’t have one).
  • Use your browser extension or developer console to sign the agreement text.
  • Attach your signature and your public key (or address, if using Web3) in your issue/comment.

Why sign?

  • Verifies your intent and commitment.
  • Enables optional access to advanced or private collaborations.
  • Your signature will be publicly verifiable.

🤝 Support & Clarification

If you have questions or need clarification about any project or the Code Usage Contract, please refer to the Support Guide.

🛡️ Enforcement and Consequences for Violations

I take violations of my code usage contract and guidelines seriously. The following steps are taken to ensure users face consequences for non-compliance:

1. Investigation:
All reports of misuse or violation are investigated thoroughly, including review of commits, forks, and public activity.

2. Revocation of Access:
Users found to violate the license or ethical use guidelines may be blocked from participating in any RiskySolutions repositories and collaborative spaces.

3. DMCA Takedown & Reporting:
If code is used in violation of the license or for prohibited purposes, I will initiate DMCA takedown procedures and report the violation to GitHub and relevant authorities.

4. Public Disclosure:
Confirmed violations may be publicly disclosed, including usernames and the nature of the infraction, to warn others and protect the community.

5. Legal Action:
For severe or repeated violations, I reserve the right to pursue legal action to enforce the terms of the license and protect my work and collaborators.

6. Revocation of Signatures:
If a user who signed the contract is found in breach, their cryptographic signature will be invalidated and publicly marked as revoked.
