I tried 2 Apps to set up 2FA both generated codes but the github page is not accepting them. 😖

Are you having issue in setting up two factor authencation on your github account?

Yes, and non of the solutions are working.

ideally you should use only one device for 2FA and other device which requires 2FA(generally your pc)

Try these :

1. Ensure your device’s time is synced: Go to Settings > Date & Time, enable “Set time automatically” (iOS) or “Use network-provided time” (Android).
2. Open GitHub, go to Settings > Password and authentication > Enable two-factor authentication > Set up using an app.
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator or Authy).
4. Enter the six-digit code immediately after it appears in the app.
5. If it fails, remove GitHub from the app, re-scan the QR code, and try again. Save recovery codes.
6. If issues persist, contact GitHub Support.

This issue usually happens when there's a time desync between your device and the GitHub servers. how you can fix it like this i guess:

Try this pls:

1. Go to your phone settings (Android or iOS).
2. Make sure Date & Time is set to Automatic / Network-provided time.
3. Re-sync time with internet, if available.
4. Open your 2FA app again (like Google Authenticator or Authy).
5. Try the new code within the first 20 seconds (before it refreshes).

If that still doesn’t work:

• Double-check you scanned the correct QR code (or secret key) from GitHub.
• Try disabling 2FA from GitHub and re-enabling it again with a new app setup.
