Feature Request: Auto-start commit message generation

When a user clicks on "commit", rather than clicking on "generate message" again and waiting, would be cool if the generation started immediately - and you could just accept/cancel.

This sounds really useful, thanks for sharing! My feeling is that this would be something to enable separately in the project settings.
