I understand import and run are not standard http keywords, but their must be a solution for this.

With kulala getting so advanced, it would be a good idea to make an full featured tree-sitter parser with grammer, highlight, indent etc and add that to the dependency of kulala.nvim, which would also fix the issue i was having in #571. But I'm not sure how to go about implementing it, and it's just a suggestion.
