I think it's been a while since this repository was initiated to mimic the infrastructure of fMRIPrep.
Since then, fMRIPrep was updated and upgraded several times.
I believe that to keep this package up-to-date with fMRIPrep's infrastructure, a major PR is requested.

Updating the infrastructure will facilitate general maintenance efforts and improve general functionality.
