#Issue: Cannot upload documents to start application process

Hi everyone,

I am trying to upload my document so that i can submit the application but I am getting this warning icon .
There is no explaination as to why it couldnt be uploaded as well.

The red warning icon is visible after i upload and try to submit the document.
Please help me solve this issue
