Login not sending, erroring on browser(s).

Issue description

Trying to create an account, but it won't let me -- as described in the steps to reproduce.

Steps to reproduce

Install onto Windows.
Create a repository
Use UI to open the login area, then it prompts me for email -- I enter two emails, and neither go through. No typos. It does say

We've sent a temporary login link.

Please check your inbox.

Platform and versions

• OS: Windows 10
• Spacedrive: N/A

The logs of the browser shows this -- looks connected. I've tried of Firefox, too -- I'm currently running Opera GX

It's saying I don't have permissions to view it -- unless that was the login sending, but it doesn't look like it. Perhaps you could tell me the resolution, if there was one to be had?
