I think it'd be great to include in the spec a list of non-Editors who have contributed substantively to defining DC API. Is there anything preventing us from doing this?

I dug into respec a bit and it looks the best way to do so would be to define contributors as authors (link)? This was for lack of any other existing values specifically called "contributors".

Alternatively we could keep things simple with a hard-coded "Contributors" section and a <ul> of people beneath it.

If there's support for this idea I'm prepared to PR it.
