This PR is adding Docker support for the project. One thing to note is that this is not adding any automation to build and push a docker image to dockerhub on commit to
main. This would be a great addition to make. Another note is that I have not pushed a docker image to the "gamecodeplus" repository in Dockerhub, as I figured you would like to maintain that yourself. Until that is done, the image will not be pull-able as specified in the documentation.
