RevitPythonShell not initializing within Revit 2022

I am trying to install Revit Python Shell within the 2022 version of Revit but as I get it all downloaded and move the Addin file to Revit 2022's Addin folder I receive an error message of 'Failed to initialize the add-in "RevitPythonShell" because the assembly "RevitPythonShell/RevitPythonShell.dll" does not exist.'
