Expand [API docs](https://awslabs.github.io/aws-lambda-powertools/) to include detailed documentation including contributors guide, related projects etc [Portray](https://github.com/timothycrosley/portray) could be an enabler here since we use pdoc3 for API docs - The less config and bootstrap the better
