Create a config file for this tool. To start, we can configure:

• Filter watched Docker networks (Can you filter specific networks? #15)
• Connect to a custom Docker REST API socket/endpoint (potentially Help making it work with colima #16, minikube support? #22 (comment))
• Change Wireguard Server listening port (minikube support? #22 (comment))
