Add immudb driver

I was trying to use sqlc with immudb.

It seems like immudb's sql driver is based off of MariaDB which golang-migrate supports.

So, I am reaching out to people smarter than me to figure out if immudb works with golang-migrate's MariaDB driver with a connection string or we need to implement a new driver altogether.
