Performance issues using a 3080 10GB (2fps)

Im trying to improve the performance changing between models but when i tried to use "antelopev2" i have some errors... so il sticking to "buffalo_l" model instead

For what i know, my 3080 could run at 30 fps but im getting around 2 fps... (1.7-1.9fps avg)
Dont know how can improve this further...
