[SYCL][NFC] Move ESIMD tests in-tree #7417

Tests were added to intel/llvm-test-suite repo (intel/llvm-test-suite#1289), but they are too low-level to be located in there. Moved them in-tree.

Note: my main motivation for that move is that I have a PR which causes a failure in one of those tests (#7302). I haven't yet investigated it, but I would like a non-E2E tests to be in-tree so it is easier to update them in sync with implementation changes |

They were moved in-tree in intel/llvm#7417.
