Prerequisite

Python3: The supported versions currently are 3.9-3.11
Pip: The package installer for Python.
(Optional) Virtualenv: To create the isolated Python environments. See more on Virtualenv

Libraries

Use the program such as CMD, Powershell, or Terminal. The installation command is based on pip.
```
pip install -r requirements.txt
```
