Support for GHE 2.11

Could these scripts be made to work with GHE 2.11?

I tested a couple reports,

users-find-inactive.sh
git-versions.sh
exceptions.sh

Which all work ok, after changing the REQUIRED_GHE_MAJOR_VERSION to 2.11
