Sweeptimelock/manual with missing backups/files

Hey, could you please help/ give advice on the issue below?

1. I had a crash of my LND node (running on Start9)
2. I recovered Core and LND from 1 or 2-month-old backup, and it was syncing graph for xy days without finish. RTL showed probably correct onchain balance without tx info, what was confusing.
3. I didn't remember what channels I had with how many sats, so I didn't know whether it was all or not
4. so I uninstalled LND and recovered the same backup again
5. now LND is still after some days not synced to graph. RTL shows deposit and channel openings txs and old onchain state. I checked channel txs and they are force-closed on the date of first recovery

6. I tried everything I found on the internet, including chantools sweepremote. I wanted to try sweeptimelock, but I don't have any backup/file from channels. I even can't (or didn't find info of how to) extract some info from encrypted start9 backup.

All I have is encrypted start9 backup and aezeed seed.

What's the output of lncli pendingchannels?
The transactions you linked look like normal sweep transactions, as lnd normally does them when the remote force closes.
Syncing the graph after a recovery can take a long time (days sometimes).

Thanks for the quick reply. How do I know whether I or my peer force-closed channel? Normally restoring from backup means, that LND should send request to peer to force-close remotely right? If so, why can't I sweep anything with chantools sweepremoteclosed?

I can see in the LND service logs that the graph is already synced, even though LND still shows "Syncing to graph". LND looks messed up to me.

Others:

listunspent shows the old state, which was valid when those two channels were opened.

I also tried to import Aezeed to BlueWallet but it also shows only those 2 years old funding/opening txs as well as RTL/Thunderhub.
