Compilation fails due to missing includes - Patch available

Branch release/15.x does not compile on recent GCC due to some forgotten includes.

I have provided a small patch to fix it, but it was immediately rejected by your automatics: #143925 .

releases/15.x is the latest branch supported by the Haskell bindings to LLVM, so it is valuable to keep it in a compilable state.
