Unclear how to find current notifications

Notice in the following recording how I have 2 PR notifications but the UI isn't clear on how I can find them:

Would it help if we would highlight the "load more" node, indicating the PR with the notification has not been loaded yet?

Yeah, that would be a good low-hanging fruit to tackle this.

Alternatively, a mode in which the view would only show me the items with notifications.

Let's tackle this in for September. We will disable notifications by default before releasing.
