rustdoc src links link to the wrong place for modules

The source link for [Any](http://static.rust-lang.org/doc/master/std/any/index.html) links to the [module declaration](http://static.rust-lang.org/doc/master/src/std/home/rustbuild/src/rust-buildbot/slave/doc/build/src/libstd/lib.rs.html#152) in lib.rs instead of the more useful file, any.rs.
