Fix bswap128

The bug is [in GCC itself](https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=113722).

When fixed, move the [failing test `tests/ui/intrinsics/intrinsics-integer.rs`](https://github.com/rust-lang/rustc_codegen_gcc/blob/ad8e8201395b0c2a9dbacfde2c5aa7580a1cdb82/tests/failing-ui-tests.txt#L73) to the libgccjit12 failing tests.
