This PR adds Lighthouse PR Commenter for Vercel to the Monitoring section.
The action runs a Lighthouse audit against Vercel preview deployments and posts performance/accessibility/SEO results as a PR comment. Useful for teams that want automated performance feedback in CI without external tools.
