This pull request adds comprehensive documentation for the new Widgets API in Strapi's admin panel. Two new documentation files have been introduced: a detailed guide on creating and registering custom admin panel widgets, and an updated features configuration document. The changes include explaining widget registration, properties, implementation, and listing the first experimental feature flag for the Widgets API.
