[Arch] Create an Architecture Report

Recently, I added a mass report to the AP flow which included the ability to graph the complex block tree into the report:

This feature may be useful outside of the AP flow.

This functionality should be moved to a new report which reports the structure of the architecture file. Something like --generate_architecture_report on.
